The purchase of the new vehicles were funded in part through a nearly $700,000 grant from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
The facility, dubbed the River City project, will be built at an investment of $90 million, and will be located in Green Cove Springs, just south of Jacksonville.
