Freestone County residents are encouraged to bring their disposable tires to the FREE Tire Recycling Event being held at the Dew Dump on Thursday, January 20th thru Saturday, January 22nd.
The FREE event will be held on Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (or until trailers are full).
Important Information
–NO Cost
–NO TRACTOR TIRES or HEAVY EQUIPMENT TIRES
–All Tires must be off the rims
–Residential Tires ONLY, NO Businesses
–Be prepared to unload your own tires
–Tires will be accepted during event times, please do not drop off tires before or after the event
The Tire Amnesty Event is being provided by grant funding from Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) in conjunction with Freestone County.
The Dew Dump is located at 137 FM 489, Fairfield, Texas 75840.
