SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Leading environmental solutions company Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. announced acquisition of Spirit Environmental, LLC.- one of the key providers of air permitting and compliance services. Spirit’s senior leadership team will join Montrose’s Consulting and Engineering division. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Commenting on the development, Vijay Manthripragada, President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrose Environmental Group noted that Spirit’s culture is consistent with that of the company. Spirit’s talented team bring decades of experience in air permitting and consulting services. The acquisition will help the company to expand its geographic presence across the U.S. Mountain states and Gulf states. Furthermore, he welcomed the entire Spirits team to the Montrose family.
