City of Ridgeland Launched New Recycling Rewards Program

SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): The City of Ridgeland has introduced new recycling rewards program to all its residents. The announcement to this effect was made by Kim Cooper, Director of Public Relations.

The new Ridgeland Recycle Rewards program is in replacement of the earlier RecycleBank program and is launched in partnership with Waste Management. The program has already become beneficial to residents, since the rollout of the announcement letters in mid-February this year.

The Ridgeland Recycle Rewards is a program designed to promote recycling efforts among the community. In order to participate in the initiative, residents are required log on to www.RidgelandRecycleRewards.com and activate their account by following the simple instructions.

Upon reporting their recycling, rewards will be made immediately available to users. The My Rewards section will display the offers available. It offers easy and fast access to rewards and many more reward choices.

The statement released by the City urged every household to actively participate in the new initiative. By doing so, they will not only save money, but also support local businesses and protect environment, it noted.
