The event will be open to all residents of Marquette County. It offers an opportunity for residents to dispose of their unwanted or old electronics, thus reducing the clutter in home. While majority of the items can be recycled at no cost, there are a few larger items for which residents will have to pay a nominal fee.

The event will accept various kinds of electronics. The items accepted at free of cost include computers (desktops, laptops and tablets), printers, cables, cards, wires, keyboards, mice, stereo equipment, DVD/CD players, satellite tuner boxes, routers and other miscellaneous items. There will be a recycling fee of $5 per unit for flat screen televisions, computer monitors, CRTs and box televisions.
