Rock County Partners with ERI to Offer Free E-Waste Recycling Event


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): The Rock County Fairgrounds has partnered with ERI- the leading U.S. electronics recycler and hardware destruction company to offer free e-waste recycling event. It provides an opportunity for the Wisconsin area residents to drop off their unwanted electronic items in an environment-friendly and responsible manner.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Rock County Fairgrounds at 1301 Craig Avenue in Janesville, Wisconsin on Saturday, June 10th from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. ERI will ensure that all materials collected during the event are responsibly recycled and all personal data securely wiped off from devices.

The event will accept computer devices such as desktop computers, laptop computers & server computers, monitors and televisions including CRT/LCD/LED/plasma/flat screen, printing devices including desktop printers, desktop copiers and desktop scanners, computer peripherals such as keyboards, mice, speakers and pointing devices, component cables and wiring such as computer cables, computer wires and computer power cords as well as computer hardware including circuit boards, hard drives, RAM, processors, optical/floppy drives, etc.
