SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Interstate Waste Services (IWS) - one of the nation’s leading waste collection and recycling firms, announced acquisition of Hammonton, New Jersey-based waste management service company Seaside Waste Services.
The strategic deal is expected to expand IWS’s presence across central and southern New Jersey, thereby enhancing the company’s regional footprint and boosting service capabilities. The integration of Seaside’s collection and municipal services, its team of employees, and a fleet of more than 40 vehicles into its operations will help the company deliver superior quality service to its customers.

IWS has been growing rapidly across the tristate region. The company’s recent acquisitions in the region include northern New Jersey-based Pinto Service, Inc., Oak Ridge Waste & Recycling in Southwestern Connecticut and Suburban New York and Marangi Disposal, which provides hauling services in Orange and Rockland Counties, NY.
