SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Hoffman Sanitation Services announced that it has acquired Bray, Oklahoma-based leading waste service provider, Wildhorse Waste Services. This marks the company’s first acquisition of the year and the seventh in the company’s history.

The acquisition of Wildhorse Waster Services is expected to supplement to Hoffmans’ existing service footprint in southeast Oklahoma. Moreover, it aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to enhance customer satisfaction. The integration of Wildhorse Waste Servies into its operations will help Hoffman realize route synergies and talent acquisition, thus ensuring extraordinary waste management solutions to communities.

Hoffman plans to offer single-stream recycling solutions to Wildhorse customers within a few months.

Wildhorse Waste Services has been serving several southwest Oklahoma communities, including Stephens, Jefferson, Comanche, Grady Garvin, Carter and Cotton counties, for more than 15 years. 

The company is owned and operated by Jennifer and Kenny Sanner. Further to the acquisition, Kenny Sanner will now serve as Southwest Division General Manager of the company. Sanner stated that the company is extremely pleased to join the Hoffman Sanitation team.
