WM Acquired Massachusetts-based Miller Recycling


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Houston-headquartered WM has announced acquisition of Mansfield, Massachusetts-based Miller Recycling Corp., which will hereafter operate as WM Miller Recycling.

Miller Recycling's sales manager, Ryan Miller, expressed his excitement about the prospects the new partnership will present for the business in a letter to its clients. He pointed out that by investing in its operations, the new alliance will enable the business to investigate new and improved solutions, ultimately offering its clients even more value. Additionally, he promised that it would continue to be committed to quality and environmentally friendly operations in the future.

"Everything it does is still rooted in the family values that have been our defining characteristic for four generations," Ryan Miller said.

Founded as Frank Miller & Son in 1942, Miller Recycling Corp. is a fourth-generation family-owned business. Paper, metal, plastic, electronics, and organics are just a few of the commodities that the company processes. Additionally, it provides services for salvage cleanout, debris pickup, and bins and containers. Additionally, the company's Northeast Data Destruction business unit offers services for document shredding, data destruction, and product destruction.
