SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Hoffman Sanitation Services, owned and operated by Stewart Hoffman, has acquired County Line Disposal in a strategic move to strengthen its waste management operations across southeast Oklahoma. The acquisition marks Hoffman Sanitation’s second purchase of 2026 and its 12th overall, following five acquisitions completed in 2025.
Based in Bennington, County Line Disposal has served residential and commercial customers throughout Bryan and Choctaw counties under the leadership of owners Shelby Graham and Justin Graham.

The Grahams said the transition to Hoffman Sanitation represents a positive step for customers and local communities, noting that the company’s expanded resources will support higher-quality service and long-term growth.
Stewart Hoffman welcomed County Line’s customers into the Hoffman family, emphasizing that the acquisition strengthens the company’s eastern Oklahoma routes while improving operational efficiency.
