SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Ecowaste Solutions has expanded its presence in Missouri by acquiring Chadwick-based local waste collection company Bilyeu Disposal, located southeast of Springfield in the Ozarks. This is the tenth acquisition by the company since its merger.

The newly acquired business will be integrated into Ecowaste Solutions' existing Springfield operations. The company said the acquisition aligns with its long-term strategy of expanding through partnerships.

A key part of the transition is the continued involvement of Bilyeu Disposal founder Travis Bilyeu, who will remain with the company as a commercial driver's license (CDL) driver. He will continue serving the same residential and commercial customers.

Ecowaste Solutions noted that retaining of experienced local employees will help the copany to preserve trusted customer relationships while enhancing operational support. Furthermore, the company reiterated its commitment to deliver reliable waste collection services to all lcustomers without disrupting existing routes.

The acquisition not only provides boost to Ecowaste's expansion plans across Missouri, but also in neighboring states, including Kansas and Oklahoma. The latest acquisition is expected to strengthen Ecowaste's footprint across the Springfield region and support future growth in the Midwest waste management sector.
