With the new contract, Circular Service will be able to reach a new area in the Southern United States and broaden its national reach. It should be mentioned that the business already runs organic plants and MRFs in a number of states, including Illinois, New Jersey, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio, Connecticut, Arizona, and New York.

Pence Road MRF will serve as a temporary facility for Circular Services to process single-stream residential materials. Approximately 6,000 tons of residential single-stream materials are anticipated to be processed each month. To support the site's operations, the company intends to hire an additional 35 staff members.

The county's household recycling services will be moved to its Metrolina MRF once the improvements are finished, which should happen by 2026. According to the company's news statement, the Pence Road facility will then be used for construction and demolition.
