SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Ascension Parish announced opening of new recycling center for its residents. The new center, located on the parish's west bank at 2171 D Thibaut Drive in Donaldsonville, will be only for Ascension Parish residents.
The opening of the new drop-off facility means that the Ascension residents will now have two such facilities to safely discard their unwanted items. It must be noted that there already exists a facility at 42077 Church Point Road in Gonzales. The additional location will ensure easier recycling access to its residents, especially to those on the west side of the Mississippi River.
