SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Waste Eliminator, a leading provider of sustainable waste management solutions in the Atlanta metro area, has acquired Happy Haulers, a frontload and roll-off waste collection company serving the core Atlanta market.
The acquisition strengthens Waste Eliminator’s municipal solid waste (MSW) and frontload collection capabilities while increasing route density in downtown Atlanta. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
“The integration of Happy Haulers allows us to serve customers more efficiently and extend our footprint in Atlanta,” said Kacy Cronan, CEO of Waste Eliminator. “This move supports our ongoing strategy to grow our assets and advance our vision of becoming a top sustainable waste provider in the Southeast.”
The acquisition represents the ninth since Waste Eliminator partnered with private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners in 2021. Allied focuses on operational growth and efficiency across its portfolio. Bradford Rossi and Philip Wright, Co-Founders and Managing Partners at Allied, commented, “Waste Eliminator’s disciplined expansion and operational execution reinforce our confidence in its long-term success. We are proud to continue supporting its growth across Georgia and the Southeast.”
With the addition of Happy Haulers, Waste Eliminator further solidifies its position as a leading sustainable waste solutions provider in the region.
