SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): The sale of Shamrock Environmental, a CenterOak Partners portfolio company, to Republic Services, Inc., a major provider of waste management and environmental services with its headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, was announced by Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading investment bank and financial advisory firm. The transaction's specifics were not made public.
