New Research: North America to Dominate E-Waste Recycling Market


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): The recent study report published by Maximize Market Research (MMR) says that the global electronics recycling market is expected to touch $83.40 billion by 2029, registering a CAGR growth of 12.5% during the forecast period. Also, North America will dominate the market.

The ongoing technological breakthroughs and customer preference for latest and sophisticated gadgets will result in increased e-waste volumes, which in turn will boost the demand for electronics recycling. The rising e-waste regulations by world countries driven by environmental concerns will further fuel e-waste recycling market growth, the report noted.

According to the report, the electronics recycling market in the U.S. is expected to reach $8 billion by 2022. The e-waste recycling market in China is projected to reach $15.3billion in 2026, growing at a CAGR of 163%. The markets in Japan and Canada is expected to register growth by 8.9% and 9% respectively. Among European countries, electronics recycling market in Germany is likely to register 12.5% CAGR growth. The rest of the Europe market will touch $6.1 billion by the end of the forecast period.

Europe will continue to maintain its leadership position, accounting for the majority share in global e-waste recycling market.
