SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): North Atlantic Waste & Recycling, located in Connecticut, has been acquired by Interstate Waste Services, Inc. (IWS), a leading vertically integrated solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services provider. IWS's footprint in central and southern Connecticut is increased with this acquisition.

The purchase represents a major advancement in IWS's endeavors to guarantee sustained expansion throughout the tristate region.
