SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Ally Waste Services announced acquisition of Texas-based WeDoTrash (WDT), thus expanding its footprints in one of the largest multifamily markets in the country.
It is anticipated that the acquisition will increase Ally Waste Services' market share in Texas. This is consistent with the business's aggressive national expansion strategy. Additionally, the acquisition shows the company's continued commitment to offering multifamily communities complete waste service.

Current WeDoTrash clients won't see any service interruptions as a result of the transaction. Rather, they will now be able to take advantage of broader trash solutions and bundled pricing. WDT clients will also benefit from Ally's state-of-the-art technology and nationwide resources.
The acquisition is a success for onsite teams, residents, and property owners alike, said James Crawley, CEO of Ally Waste Services. According to him, WeDoTrash was founded on the same principles that guide Ally Waste.
WeDoTrash, on the other hand, stated that it will be able to do even more for its customers and the industry thanks to Ally's resources and technology. The business is eager to carry on its purpose of improving communities nationwide, even outside of Texas.
