SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Do you have unwanted electronics in your home that you need to get rid of? If so, a free event in Horseheads will give you the opportunity to do so.

The electronic recycling event will take place from Monday, Nov. 10, through Friday, Nov. 14, at REACT E-Cycling located at 225 Colonial Drive in Horseheads. All electronics with a cord will be accepted at the event, with the exception of speakers and vacuums.

Those interested in participating in the event must pick up a voucher at the Oakwood United Methodist Church, Elmira Heights Village Hall or the 7-Eleven in Elmira Heights.

Participants only need one voucher to participate, no matter how many items they have.
