SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): DEEP GREEN Waste & Recycling Inc., a waste, recycling, and remediation services company with its headquarters in Hermitage, Tennessee, announced that it has reached an agreement to buy all of Franklin Tucker Corporation's issued and outstanding shares. This will allow it to acquire three sizable Junk King franchises in the Central Tennessee area that are owned and run by Franklin Tucker Corporation. This is the first acquisition of the year for DEEP GREEN.

It is anticipated that the acquisition will double DEEP GREEN's operating cash flow and sales. Additionally, it offers fantastic chances to increase outcomes by more than 45–50% in the near future.
Franklin Tucker is the ideal first addition for the year, according to DEEP GREEN President David Bradford, because the franchises acquired in the area are a natural and highly compatible vertical integration for the company, and it also presents substantial opportunities for further territorial expansion.
In order to boost sales and net profits, DEEP GREEN is considering further strategic acquisition options in 2025 in addition to the purchase of Franklin Tucker Corporation and its Junk King Central Tennessee franchises, according to Bill Edmonds, the company's chairman and CEO.
