Waste Management wishes to make St. Joseph County residents aware that the third of its four Styrofoam collections is on tap next week.
The collection will be from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 14 at Westside Landfill Recycling Center, 60050 Roberts Road, Three Rivers.
Event organizers ask that all items be clean. Accepted items include dinnerware, take-out containers, meat and fish trays, egg cartons, packing material and foam peanuts if they are isolated and bagged separately. Materials not accepted include insulation board and fire-retardant foam.
There is no charge to drop off items, as the collection is being co-sponsored by DART Container.
