The Columbus/Bartholomew Recycling Center, 720 S. Mapleton St., will be closed Monday, June 20, in observation of the federal Juneteenth holiday.
The center also has announced new hours of operation that took effect June 13 — 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Recycling also is available on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. t0 4 p.m. at the Bartholomew County Landfill, 811 E. County Road 450 South, Columbus. County residents may also recycle from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays at the Harrison Township Convenience Site, 10293 Old Nashville Road, Columbus, or the Petersville Convenience Site, 11110 25th Street, Columbus.
