MARTINSBURG — On March 12, from 8 a.m.-noon, Berkeley Community Pride (BCP) will conduct its bi-monthly paper and cardboard recycling event at the Quad Graphics, located on Caperton Boulevard, Martinsburg. BCP accepts all clean paper and cardboard.
