SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Momentum Environmental has expanded its footprints in the U.S. environmental services sector by acquiring selected assets of Corbett Industrial Cleaning Services (CICS). The deal, in line with Momentum's ongoing expansion strategy, will significantly increase its presence across eastern New York and the New England regions.
The latest acquisition is the company's fourth since 2024. The addition of CICS to its portfolio will help Momentum to expand its service capacity, in addition to improving its ability to support industrial and commercial customers throughout New York.

Following the transaction, Momentum now operates three waste processing facilities licensed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, along with seven service centers located across the state.
Founded in 2015, Albany-based CICS is a leading provider of industrial cleaning, waste management, and specialized environmental services. Its customer base includes manufacturers, municipalities, engineering firms, infrastructure contractors, and environmental service companies.
As part of the agreement, CICS founder Craig Corbett has joined Momentum as Director of Operations for the eastern region.
