SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Miller Environmental Group, a portfolio company of Coalesce Capital, has announced the acquisition of Haz-Mat Environmental Services and Canco, strengthening its position in the industrial and waste services sector. The move enhances Miller’s vertically integrated platform and expands its footprint across key Southeast markets.

Haz-Mat, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Canco, based in Chester, South Carolina, are recognized providers of comprehensive industrial and waste management solutions. Their services include industrial cleaning, hydro-blasting, and the collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of waste.

The acquisitions follow Miller’s recent purchase of ACE Environmental and are expected to add operational scale, regional density, and complementary capabilities. CEO Robb Schreck stated that integrating Haz-Mat and Canco will enhance service offerings and strengthen customer support.

Neil Danziger, President of Haz-Mat and Canco, noted that the partnership brings together two established players, creating new growth opportunities and improving service delivery across the industrial and environmental services value chain.
