Mazza Recycling Completed Acquisition of Liberty Waste & Recycling


SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): New Jersey-based Mazza Recycling announced that it has successfully completed acquisition of Moorestown, New Jersey-headquartered Liberty Waste & Recycling. The acquisition is expected to help Mazza group of companies to expand their market presence to the suburbs of Philadelphia.

According to company press release, the acquisition aligns with its strategy to build relationships and expand its service areas across south and central New Jersey. The purchase of Liberty Waste & Recycling marks a pivotal moment in the company’s growth strategy. The company plans to integrate this acquisition and drive sustainable growth by making best use of its resources, expertise and strategic vision.

Commenting on the acquisition, James F. (Jimmy) Mazza Jr., president and CEO of Mazza Recycling said that it is excited to be able to acquire a company of Liberty’s reputation and calibre and that the company looks forward to building on what it has already achieved. Furthermore, he welcomed Steve Dickey, Rick Jenkins and the rest of the crew to the Mazza team.

Dickey will serve as the business development manager for the Liberty division of Mazza Recycling, while Jenkins will assume the role of general manager.
