SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Casella Waste Systems, Inc. has announced robust financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2025, highlighting strong revenue growth, improved profitability, and continued expansion through strategic acquisitions.
For Q3 2025, the waste management and recycling company reported revenue of $485.4 million, representing a 17.9% increase from the same quarter last year. Net income rose 73% year-over-year to $10 million, while adjusted EBITDA climbed 16.4% to $119.9 million. The company’s year-to-date adjusted free cash flow reached $119.5 million, marking a 21% gain from 2024 levels.

Waste Connections Reports Strong Q3 Revenue and Strategic Acquisitions
CEO John Casella said the company’s performance reflects steady operational execution and strategic growth. So far in 2025, Casella Waste Systems has completed eight acquisitions, adding around $105 million in annualized revenue. The firm expects to finalize the Mountain State Waste acquisition in early 2026, which will contribute another $30 million. Four smaller tuck-in deals worth approximately $30 million are also slated to close by late Q4 2025 or early 2026.
Operationally, solid waste revenues surged 20.3% year-over-year, driven by 4.6% overall pricing gains, including 4.7% growth in collection and 4.6% in disposal prices. Landfill volumes also rose 11.7%, underscoring continued demand across Casella’s service areas.
The company’s strong financial momentum and acquisition strategy position it for continued growth heading into 2026.
