SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): North Carolina-based integrated waste and recycling services provider Liberty Waste Solutions, has announced the acquisition of Bill’s Trash Services- a residential waste collection company that serves the greater Fayetteville region and Harnett County.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Liberty’s existing operations in Harnett County, in addition to extending the company’s service footprint into the neighboring Fayetteville market.
Bill’s Trash Services brings an established customer base and operational presence that aligns closely with Liberty’s current network.
Rick Prather, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Waste Solutions, said the transaction represents an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy. He noted that Bill’s Trash Services has long been a trusted provider in Harnett County and the broader Fayetteville area.
The acquisition further reinforces Liberty Waste Solutions’ position as a growing regional waste services provider and highlights ongoing consolidation trends within the North Carolina waste management sector.
The deal marks Liberty’s fourth acquisition in 2026, following the purchases of M&M Garbage Disposal, Randolph County Garbage Servicing, and AJ Disposal earlier during the year.
