SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Oklahoma-based Hoffman Sanitation Services has acquired Lone Grove, Oklahoma- based leading waste service provider Outer City Limits Sanitation (OCLS). This is the second acquisition by Hoffman in 2025. Earlier in June this year, the company had acquired Oklahoma-based waste service provider Wildhorse Waste Services.
OCLS has served Oklahoma communities, including Carter, Love, Jefferson, Johnston and Murray counties, for more than 10 years. The company serves approximately 4,000 residential and commercial customers in these regions.

OCLS owners Julie and Chris Gragg noted that the partnership with Hoffman Sanitation is the right step forward as it will take the company to the next level. The transition will be beneficial for its employees and customers and will be good for the future of its business, they said. Furthermore, they thanked all its employees and customers for thier cooperation over the years.
Meanwhile, Stewart Hoffman, owner of Hoffman Sanitation, in his remarks, noted that the company is excited to bring the existing OCLS customers to the Hoffman family and to expand its service area.
The acquisition of OCLS is expected to supplement Hoffmans’ existing service footprint in southeast Oklahoma.
