LRS has strategically entered the Indianapolis market with this deal. Additionally, it will improve the business's capacity to provide industrial and commercial services. LRS's strategy to increase its footprint in important Midwest markets is supported by the acquisition.

GHW will carry on with its current brand during the changeover. The leadership, service concept, and local GHW team will all continue to operate. LRS will provide regional service continuity. It also plans to provide the team with long-term growth prospects and more resources.
