Hoffman Sanitation Expands Oklahoma Footprint with Red Dirt Acquisition

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Hoffman Sanitation Services has expanded its waste collection operations in Oklahoma through the acquisition of Marlow-based residential and commercial waste management provider, Red Dirt Sanitation. The transaction marks the third acquisition completed by Hoffman in 2026 and its 13th till date.

Red Dirt Sanitation has a presence across Stephens and Garvin counties, providing waste collection services to households and businesses. Former owner Boyd Nunn said the transition would allow customers to benefit from Hoffman’s operational resources while maintaining the service standards. Furthermore, he noted that the partnership would support continued service delivery across its existing communities.

For Hoffman, the acquisition offers an opportunity to strengthen its southwest Oklahoma presence and extend its service coverage in the region. The proposed integration of Red Dirt’s customers into its existing operations and collection routes is expected to deliver greater route efficiency and workforce expansion.

Hoffman said the addition would support its commitment to delivering reliable waste management solutions while strengthening relationships with local communities. He also hinted at the potential for operational synergies and the recruitment of additional talent.

The acquisition will complement Hoffman’s existing service footprint in the region, while positioning the company for further growth.
