Clean Harbors to Acquire EnviroServe in $470 Million Deal

The deal is part of Clean Harbors' increasingly active acquisition strategy in 2026. The company has recently completed several purchases, including Terra Nova Solutions, Western Oil and assets from Depot Connect International.

EnviroServe's National Network and Workforce

The transaction adds about 40 facilities into Clean Harbors' infrastructure network, including 18 transfer sites. EnviroServe also operates more than 700 specialized vehicles, five railcar cleaning locations and an emergency response network across 48 U.S. states.

The company employs over 700 people.

Financial Impact and Expected Synergies

According to Clean Harbors officials, the acquisition is expected to strengthen its waste treatment, recycling and disposal operations. It is estimated to create an annual revenue of approximately $250 million.

In addition, the company foresees $25 million in synergies during the initial two years after closing of the transaction.

EnviroServe's Growth Since 2023

EnviroServe, headquartered in Sandy, Utah, has expanded considerably since One Rock acquired it from Savage Companies in 2023. The company added new sites in several U.S. markets and completed acquisitions in Maine and Texas.
