SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): India-based Eco Recycling Ltd. (Ecoreco) has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with U.S.-based Electronic Recyclers International (ERI) to strengthen its presence in India's fast-growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and enterprise e-waste recycling market.
The newly established company will operate as a separate legal entity. Both partners will hold equal ownership in the joint venture entity. The structure is designed to provide international-standard IT asset disposal and electronics recycling services while keeping operational risks separate from the parent companies.
