SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): Liberty Waste Solutions has started providing residential solid waste collection services in the Town of Erwin, North Carolina. The company was earlier awarded an exclusive municipal waste contract for the town.
The agreement, which officially came into effect on July 1, 2026, will result in significant expansion of the company's operations in the state. Furthermore, it will support improved residential waste management services in Erwin
The new contract covers household trash collection only. Residential recycling services are not included under the current agreement. Meanwhile, residents are advised to refer the updated collection guidelines for a smooth transition.

The waste collection program officially began on Wednesday, with curbside pickups now operating under the new municipal agreement. The company urged residents to use the newly supplied carts and place them at the curb according to disignated pickup schedule.
Prior to the service launch, Liberty Waste Solutions distributed new waste carts to homes across the town. It also distributed refrigerator magnets, displaying their assigned weekly pickup schedules, to residents.
Liberty Waste Solutions noted that the partnership reflects its continued focus on delivering reliable waste management services and its commitment to maintaining clean neighborhoods.
The contract strengthens Liberty Waste Solutions' presence in North Carolina's municipal waste sector and is expected to support improved residential waste management services in Erwin through dependable operations and community-focused service.
