SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): M2i Global Inc. and Volato Group Inc. have announced a strategic partnership with Regenerate Technology Global to accelerate the development of advanced battery recycling infrastructure across the United States.
The collaboration aims to transform battery metal recovery and support the domestic supply chain by establishing new recycling facilities. The partners are currently evaluating multiple U.S. locations to deploy Regenerate’s advanced upcycling technologies, which convert battery waste into high-quality materials with enhanced environmental value.

Regenerate utilizes patented hydrometallurgical processes to recover critical metals from used batteries, offering a low-emission alternative to traditional smelting. Its approach delivers significant environmental and economic benefits, including up to 90% waste reduction, 85% lower emissions, and 20% cost savings. The company also enhances “black mass” to improve processing efficiency for battery manufacturers.
Already operating across Europe, Regenerate is expanding into North America and Asia through scalable, regionally integrated solutions. Executives from both companies emphasized that the partnership will strengthen U.S. energy security, reduce manufacturing costs, and promote sustainable, closed-loop battery production systems.
