SEATTLE (Recycling Monster): The City of Aurora has announced its upcoming e-cycling event, offering residents a convenient opportunity to responsibly dispose of unwanted electronic items. The event will take place from March 16 to March 20 at 3251 Lewiston St., in partnership with Pedal Point LifeCycle Solutions, formerly known as Techno Rescue.
The initiative will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with special event pricing available throughout the week. Residents can recycle a wide range of electronics, including desktop computers, laptops, cellphones, tablets, gaming equipment, and other consumer electronic devices.

A flat fee of $5 per carload will be charged, making it an affordable option for households looking to clear out old or unused electronics. Payments can be made via cash, debit card, or credit card.
Certain items will incur additional recycling fees. Flat screen TVs (LCD/LED) are priced at $20 each, while CRT monitors and televisions cost $50 each. Larger units such as console, projection, or DLP TVs will cost $100 per item.
The city also confirmed additional e-cycling dates scheduled throughout 2026, encouraging continued participation. The events are scheduled for May 18–22, July 20–24, September 14–18, and November 16–20.
